Answer: Yes, the remiCrystal license fee entitles you to free support, upgrades and bug fixes for 12 months.
Question: What happens to my remiCrystal license after the initial 12 months?
Answer: In order to continue using remiCrystal as well as receive free support, upgrades and bug fixes after the first 12 months, you will need to pay the annual license renewal. This fee costs 25% of the full license cost (as of this writing, the renewal fee is $249.75 for the Advanced Edition and $174.75 for Standard Edition).
Question: What happens if I do not pay the annual license renewal fee?
Answer: Once 12 months has lapsed, you will receive an email reminding you to renew your license and there will also be a prominent message displayed in the application to show you when your license renewal is due. If your license renewal lapses by more than 90 days (3 months), the software will cease to work until the license is renewed.
Question: I have purchase remiCrystal but it still says it is in trial, now what?
Answer: You will need to activate the application by going to the Windows Start Menu and selecting "Activate remiCrystal" from the remiCrystal sub menu. A wizard will guide you through submitting an activation request as well as applying the activation image once you receive it.
