Why Did My Tasks Not Run - No Entry In The History

If you have a remiCrystal that was due to run but did not, chances are that the remiCrystal task file (rctx) has been left as Read-Only. This happens when the remiCrystal file was either left open in the application or the application was not closed properly. To work around this issue, first you must make sure that the Read-Only flag is removed from the remiCrystal file by following the steps below:

1. Locate the remiCrystal file (rctx) in Windows Explorer
2. Right-click on the file and select Properties
3. In the Properties window, uncheck the Read-Only flag and click OK (see image below)
4. Download build 6023 or later of remiCrystal to prevent this issue from occurring again (https://remiware.co/download-remicrystal/)
