With remiCrystal, not only can you merge the PDF files generated from your reports into a single document, you can also add arbitrary files from the local file system or SQL Server at the beginning or end of your merged reports.
To do add files to merge with your report outputs, follow the steps below.
- Open or create a remiCrystal task and add at least one report with a PDF output
- Switch to the "Reports & Actions" tab and then make click on the white space to unselect any reports
- From the property grid, find the "AddMorePDFFiles" property and select "CONFIGURE"
- You can choose to add extra PDF files from your local files system or download them from SQL Server (VARBINARY columns only)
- To remove the added files settings, select "CLEAR" from the property above
- You may also specify where the extra files are placed in relation to the reports in the remiCrystal task i.e. Before or After the reports
